These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Cornelia.

They apply to all orders placed on the website, to the exclusion of any other terms.

Cornelia offers a selection of swimwear and bikinis available exclusively through the online Shopify store. Each product is presented with a detailed description and photographs, which are not contractually binding.

Cornelia cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in descriptions, nor for any differences in perception due to the customer's screen.

Products are available while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible.

Prices displayed on the website are in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees. Cornelia reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

The Customer selects items and adds them to their cart. They must then fill in their personal details and confirm their order.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these terms and conditions.

Cornelia reserves the right to refuse any order in case of prior dispute, payment issue, or suspected fraud.

Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing their purchase.

Payment is made securely online by credit card via our payment service provider. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method.

The order is considered effective upon payment confirmation.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 2 to 5 business days within mainland France.

Cornelia is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping is free for orders over €195.

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 10 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any item not meeting these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error by Cornelia.

Cornelia undertakes to deliver a product that matches the description.

Under no circumstances shall Cornelia be held liable for misuse of products or in the event of an allergic reaction. The Customer is responsible for checking the product composition before use.

All content on the site (texts, visuals, photographs, logo) is the exclusive property of Cornelia. Any reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Cornelia cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure preventing the fulfillment of its obligations (strike, pandemic, severe weather, supplier stock issues, etc.).

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the courts in the jurisdiction of Cornelia’s registered office shall have authority.

Cornelia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the date the order is confirmed.
