OUR ETHICAL AND ENVIRONEMENTAL COMMITMENT

DOES CORNELIA FOLLOW AN ETHICAL WORK PRACTICE?

Our entire swimwear collection is manufactured in Portugal, in a small manufactury that upholds fair and respectful working conditions. Every order is then carefully prepared by us in our workshop in Biarritz before being shipped to you.

IS CORNELIA A SUSTAINABLE BRAND?


All our swimwear is made from high-quality Italian fabrics derived from recycled plastic bottles, as creating a sustainable brand with ethical, unique, and long-lasting pieces has always been at the heart of our values.
To reduce the carbon footprint linked to transportation, we chose a partner located just 650 km from our workshop — a proximity that helps us significantly limit our environmental impact. To learn more, visit our Sustainability page.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer international shipping to most destinations. Orders will be shipped from our workshop in Biarritz.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. You can expect to receive your tracking number and confirmation of order shipment within 48 hours of placing your order. Delivery within mainland France takes 48 to 72 business hours.
For international shipments, delivery times depend on the import and export regulations of the destination country.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & FEES?

Europe: No customs duties apply.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply. In most cases, these fees only apply to orders over €800.
Important: We have no control over the fees applied by the customs authorities of each country.
We recommend that our customers check with their local customs office to understand the exact conditions applicable to their order.

HOW YOUR PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED?

We ship our packages in recycled cardboard envelopes to minimize our ecological footprint.
Additionally, each purchased set comes with a reusable pouch to carry your swimsuit or beach accessories.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We start processing orders immediately after your order has been placed to ensure we ship it as soon as possible. Please make sure you choose your items, size and address before placing it.
