All orders are shipped via Colissimo with required signature or Colissimo pick up point.

We offer FREE shipping for orders over 195€.

All orders are processed within 48 hours. You can expect to receive your tracking number and confirmation of order shipment within 48 hours of placing your order. Delivery within mainland France takes 48 to 72 business hours.
For international shipments, delivery times depend on the import and export regulations of the destination country.

Please note: During peak periods and sales, shipping may take a little longer due to volume.  You can contact us via contact@corneliaswim.com to inquire about your shipment during these times. 

Cornelia is not responsible for paying duties and taxes required for delivery on International shipments that require payment. The value will be calculated by customs according to the value of the purchase and the location where you are located.

EU
Parcels are shipped from within the EU (France), meaning no customs duties are incurred.

International/Non-EU
Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Cornelia is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

In the event that the parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - UPS or the relevant carrier will return this parcel to INALBIS. Consequently there will be a 20€ - 80€ fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly. CTT in Spain, UPS for EU and International and Australia Post for Australia and New Zealand.
