RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Cornelia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If you wish to return or exchange an item:
Please contact us by email at contact@corneliaswim.com within 10 days of receiving your package.


Please include your name, order number, and the email address used for the purchase.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over your underwear. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags, hygiene liners, padding, and fabric pouch included.
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item that is worn, washed, stained, damaged, or missing its original tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return is received safely.

EXCHANGES
In the case of an exchange, the same conditions apply as for a refund:
The item must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and with all original elements.
 Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and validate the item, we will send the new item to you.
